ORS10 – O2-Reduced Stocker

The storage of oxidation-sensitive electronic or optical components or products in an oxygen-reduced inert gas atmosphere (N2, argon, ...) is quite cost-intensive for the operator. This is why we have developed the ORS (Oxygen Reduced Stocker) which significantly reduces gas consumption compared to conventional models. It is designed for the use in clean rooms up to ISO 5 according to ISO 14644-1.

Environmental protection/conservation of resources

  • No permanent inert gas purge required, therefore significantly reduced and optimized inert gas consumption
  • Significant reduction of the required dilution of the ambient air to increase the oxygen content (with N2 supply)
